As far back as Aug-1990 while in England with the Air Force, intelligence people drugged me, hypnotized me and physically
harmed me using radiation tools killing large regions of my brain inside my skull...
It took some time to recover...

Seems to me people from the 1990 events were worried about being discovered and in 1998 sent a powerful telepathic "do your self in"
command that I resisted and the next year in 1999 went to get better help from the VA Hospital where it was discovered that
I had huge cracks in my skull, hammer blow crater, broken neck and large portions of dead brain inside my skull...
Next in 2000 spring I write a nearly 50 page long description to the AFOSI...
In 2001 march my Motor Home is searched for nearly 7 hours...
While living in my Motor Home for seven years I was mobile and it was harder to target my brain inside my skull but living
in fixed buildings since returning to Chico in Nov-2005 I have been experiencing continued targeted radiations to my
head to turn me into a functional idiot and prevent me from remembering my 1990 lynching, out of body experiences, death,
and serious physical harms that occurred to my skull, brain, neck, back and body in general...
1) Some time before Israels prime minister stroke I was targeted by a powerful burst
(Magnetic Pulse to Brain) to my brain in 2005...
2) Chico Police on 24DEC2005 "at lunch time" contact me where I am the suspect in a bank robbery...
3) In my everyday living I am radiated and I often sleep at random locations in my apartment but I believe my attempt
to avoid being radiated is futile because the targeting technology sees trough the walls of my fixed apartment location
and is able to precisely radiate my brain inside my skull every time...
4) Mid-Sep-2006 and mid-Oct-2006 "soul sucking" electromagnetic energy was directed at me removing 35% and 55% of my life force
from my body respectively, both times the energy wave was used on me trough walls from bellow of apartment where I am staying,
these radiations were above and beyond the by now regular tera-Hz radio waves used to "image" more dense matter behind less
dense matter, or simply to monitor ones activities trough the walls of an apartment...
5) Trough the simple wall of my apartment, Crieg Lancaster living in #305 and spending most
of his time in his bathroom which shares the wall with my kitchen and directly overlooks my living room space, Mr Lancaster
and recently assistants of his wait until I fall asleep, keeping mostly a nocternal schedule sleeping during the day and
remaining awake at night in his bathroom trough which I systematicaly receive radiations of various kind through this shared wall,
it pushed me over the top when in Nov-2006 my eye was targeted with precise radiation for a short burst, these activities
partially conducted from above the apartment attic space are designed to be more than annoying ... permanent and accelerated
neurulogical damage can be expected I don't think he is acting without the full support of candelstine organizations local to Chico ...
quiet tours of interested parties can be heard and are arranged here to the observation rooms (bathroom+attic) spaces ... maybe you
